Refund policy

We trust you'll love your new Meraki Solace. The Label purchase!

Should you have a change of heart, feel free to return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a credit note.  Ensure the item is in its original condition, with all tags intact and not worn, washed, or altered.

Please be aware that, being a small business, return cost will be at buyers expense and we will not refund delivery costs.

DAMAGES
A full refund is only applicable for faulty items; if this occurs, please email us within 14 days of purchase with an image of the fault and your Order Number at hello@merakisolace.com

Note: We do our own quality check piece by piece to ensure satisfaction with each order. 

If you received the incorrect order please make sure to get in touch with us within 7 days at hello@merakisolace.com

SALES
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchange on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges
For exchanges, kindly reach out to us at hello@merakisolace.com, mentioning your order number and specifying the items you wish to return. Once we receive your items, we'll provide you with a credit note equivalent to the cost, allowing you to make new purchases from our website.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll automatically receive a credit note using the email you used to purchase with us.

CREDIT NOTE 
For return credit notes, they remain valid for 12 months after we have provided you with a unique code to enter at check out. 

GIFT CARD
Our gift voucher are non-transferable and non-refundable, staying valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note we do not refund gift cards.
